LEHIGHTON ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB

LABC Field Hockey participates in the Lehigh Valley Youth Field Hockey League. The league website is located at the bottom of this page. Please follow us on Facebook @labcfieldhockey to stay up to date with information on our season and additional play opportunities.

FALL 2026
REGISTRATION OPEN: May 1st-June 30th, 2026

DIVISIONS
Grades 1-2: No goalkeepers, number of field players varies due to team size from 3v3 to 6v6; 10 minute halves. Small sized cage, no penalty corners.
Grades 3-4: Games are 6v6, no goalkeepers. 25 minutes halves. Small sized cage, with modified rules.
Grades 5-6:Games are 6v6, no goalkeepers. 25 minutes halves. Small sized cage, with modified rules.

PRACTICES
Practices will start mid August and will be on the Lehighton Middle School Field Hockey Field.

GAMES
Games will be on Sundays starting approximately 8/30 and running through 10/25. Participating Programs
include Bethlehem Township, LMYA, Pleasant Valley, SPYA, Northern Lehigh, Northwestern Lehigh,
Southern Lehigh, and Lehigh Township.

PHILOSOPHY
LABC Field Hockey is a recreational and volunteer run program. Our goal is to provide a place for kids to learn the game of field hockey, develop their skills, make friends, all while competing in a safe and fun environment. Each fall, we participate in the Lehigh Valley Youth Field Hockey League. During the fall season, there are no tournaments, no rankings, and no championships.
