Football: Kindergarten to 6th Gr. (cannot turn 13 prior to August 1st)

Cheerleading: 4 years old to 13 years old

5/26 from 6-7:30 @ High School Football Stadium at the blue tables & 6/15 from 6-7:30 @ Baer Memorial Fb Field

Online Registration: labcindians.org Registration Dates: May 1st – June 30th $10 late fee July 1st-July 7th

Registration Fees: $90-1st child, $50-2nd child, $30-each additional child

Mandatory volunteer requirements and fundraising are required. (Buyout option available for fundraising.)

PIAA physicals and a copy of the player’s birth certificate must be provided for football. Physical forms can be found on our website.

Equipment suppled by the Programs
Helmet, shoulder pads, games pants, practice pants, game jersey, practice jersey, mouth piece

Equipment you must purchase:
Cleats (we do have some used ones if needed), long maroon socks,
Optional items you may want to purchase are mouth pieces, rib protectors, padded shirts

Team Information
A team will be kids in 5th and 6th grade ages range from 10 to 13
B team will be kids in 3rd and 4th grade ages range from 8 to 10, 10 year old's
C Team will be kids in k thru 2 ages range from 5 to 8
